The Vetri crew has set an opening date of June 2 for the Pizzeria Vetri location at 1615 Chancellor St.
Partner Jeff Michaud says it will be open seven days for lunch and dinner and will maintain somewhat later hours on weekends.
The location is tucked away on a side street just off Rittenhouse Square, in the rear of the ICON 1616 building (formerly known as 1616 Walnut St.). As a point of reference, Little Pete's is on the corner, at 17th and Chancellor.
Michaud says the operation will be the same as the original on Callowhill Street, though there may be an additional pizza in homage of Rittenhouse Square.
